There is an overheating issue. But

The biggest reason for overheating, boiling and other problems is that there is too much scale in the water tank and engine, which leads to poor heat dissipation and an increase in water temperature.

It is necessary to regularly clean the excavator water tank in order to avoid the accumulation of excessive scale and garbage in the tank, which may affect the normal heat dissipation of the equipment! The correct selection of cleaning methods is crucial, as improper methods can actually damage the machine and have the opposite effect.

In addition, it should be noted that for equipment that causes boiling due to high water temperature, even after cleaning the water tank, the equipment still experiences high water temperature. Powder hoppers can also investigate from the following aspects:

1. Recheck the filter screen on the edge of the excavator radiator. Due to the different working environment of the excavator, dust or willow catkins may be adsorbed on the radiator filter screen, causing the water temperature of the excavator to rise and resulting in boiling.

2. Check if the air conditioning of the excavator is turned on? If the air conditioning is in the on state, it is recommended to turn off the air conditioning and then check if there is still a high temperature boiling phenomenon of the excavator? If the excavator can work normally after the air conditioning is turned off, the reason for the high temperature boiling fault of the equipment after cleaning the water tank is that the air conditioning sensor is damaged.

3. Check if the hydraulic oil temperature of the excavator is high? If the oil temperature is high, it may also cause the excavator to boil due to high water temperature.

The cooling fins of the water tank are very thin and can be bent with a fingernail. When flushing, excessive water pressure must not be used, and straight fins need to be flushed, otherwise they will be blown over and affect heat dissipation.

In addition, it is best to flush from the engine side of the water tank to the outside, because most excavator cooling fans are suction type. During operation, cold air enters from the outside, takes away the heat from the water tank, and then dissipates from the engine compartment. Therefore, it is easier to flush out impurities trapped in the fins from the inside out.

The dust that is easily trapped inside the fins is usually dust. Using a water gun to rinse can flush out some of the dust. Due to the small gaps between the fins, the internal dust may not be able to be washed out, and it is easy to stick more tightly to the fins when in contact with water. Therefore, the flushing method is not very effective for cleaning the water tank. When excavators operate in summer, due to the influence of the working environment, the water tank and radiator often get stuck with willow catkins, dust, etc., causing poor ventilation and easily causing high engine and hydraulic oil temperatures. Dust should be cleaned regularly according to the situation. High pressure gas should be used for cleaning, and high-pressure water guns should not be used for cleaning. High pressure water guns can damage the heat dissipation fins of the water tank and radiator, causing greater blockage. In addition, antifreeze must be replaced once a year, otherwise it will corrode the inside of the water tank and cause oxidation and welding.
